When a local Massachusetts IT department needed a better way to organize equipment, support computer repairs, and adapt its workspace to changing demands, Donnegan Systems developed a solution designed around how the team works every day. By combining adjustable workstations with multiple types of shelving, we helped create a flexible and organized environment for assembling, repairing, and storing computers and other IT equipment. From the initial site survey through installation, our team made the process straightforward and ensured every component supported the department’s immediate and long-term needs.

The completed space included a combination of Rousseau workstations and specialized shelving systems selected to accommodate equipment of different sizes and weights:

• Six mobile Elevatek adjustable worktables on casters, providing flexible assembly and repair stations that can be repositioned as workflows change.

• Six stationary Elevatek adjustable worktables equipped with electrical outlets and USB ports for convenient access to power while servicing computers and other devices.

• Widespan shelving and mini-racking for storing larger, heavier, or bulkier IT equipment.

• Spacesaver 4-post shelving for lighter-weight technology, parts, supplies, and accessories.

• Adjustable and modular components that allow the department to reorganize its workspace as equipment inventories and operational needs evolve.
