FAQS
Frequently Asked Questions:

We understand the importance of having quick access to your documents. If you need a specific record after it’s been sent for scanning, simply reach out to us by phone, email, or text. Our team will promptly retrieve the document and either scan it for you or return the physical file. If you're using our cloud storage options, we can also upload the document directly to your secure cloud storage for immediate access.
The time required to digitize your files depends on several factors, including the number of pages, the presence of staples, the complexity of data extraction, and the type of records being processed. Once we assess these details, we can provide a more accurate timeline. Rest assured, our team will work efficiently to ensure your records are digitized as quickly as possible.
Most of our clients store their documents in standard 15-inch bankers boxes (1.2 cubic feet), which typically hold around 2,500-3,000 pages per box. For those using filing cabinets, we estimate an average of 130 pages per linear inch of shelf space. This can help you estimate the total page count before digitization.
After your files are digitized, you have a few options for handling the physical records. Many of our clients choose to have us securely shred the files. Alternatively, we can store the records in our secure warehouse for long-term retention, or return them to your facility if needed.
Once your records are scanned, we offer multiple delivery options. A popular choice is to upload your documents to one of our Cloud-based Document Management services. If you use Microsoft SharePoint, we can deliver images directly to your SharePoint instance. Alternatively, we can provide the files on an encrypted drive or integrate them with your line of business system.
The cost of digitizing your paper files depends on several factors, such as the total number of pages, paper size, document quality, and any data extraction requirements. Additionally, the method of data delivery can influence the overall pricing. We’ll provide a detailed estimate once we assess these factors.
